Kirkus Reviews calls my author debut children’s book, My Papa Has a Red Mustache "stache-tacularly cheerful"! The story follows a young girl who loves her papa's fun habits but hates his bright red mustache. She gets embarrassed because all the other papas have black mustaches. In the end, his extra bright facial hair saves the day, urging readers to see differences as something to be treasured.

The story is a tribute to my own papa, a fun, soccer-loving dad, who had a red mustache in a place where every other man had a black mustache. It was perfect timing that the book launched just before Father’s Day as a powerful affirmation of papas of all stripes - the good, the flawed, and those doing the best they can. And with World Cup Soccer capturing everyone’s attention, a “GOLAZO!” of a story to tell in this moment.
