A dream partnership for Yo Gabba GabbaLand!

Relaunching my site was a big deal for me over the past year. But it wasn’t my only one. I had the pleasure of working again with old friends to relaunch the children’s series Yo Gabba GabbaLand! on @AppleTV. The show, a remake of a 2007 hit series mixes live-action and puppetry with education, music and indie-culture guest stars. 

My children grew up watching the original show, so how great is it that I got to work on the relaunch with my kid, Sasha, now all grown up and a professional animator. “Friendly Worms” was a dream collaboration with @sashanaut. I designed the characters and Sasha took my vision to the next level!  I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. We share a love of storytelling, movement and humor—total respect for that kid.💙

“Friendly Worms”, produced by the talented folks at @womostudio, was a short clip for the “Story Time”  segment featuring the fabulous @gillian__jacobs and Harlow who weave the story together as they go. You can watch the clip here. The music, color and energy will knock your blue socks off!
